Stepping into a church for the first time can be overwhelming, we understand that. Our desire is for you to have a holy encounter in the presence of God with His love, peace, and power that will impact your life.
SERVICE:
HGDF FIRE CHURCH service is around two hours long, give or take. The service begins with worship songs followed by prayer and then the sermon, delivered in either a teaching or preaching style. Expect a welcoming, contemporary, casual environment regarding dress. Come in jeans, shorts and flip flops, a suit, or a dress, it doesn’t matter. You will be welcomed and honored you just the way you are, as God accepts us.
1st Samuel 16:7
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
If you are thinking that the roof is going to burn down the minute you enter the building, you are wrong. Heaven will rejoice and Holy Ghost DELTA FORCE FIRE CHURCH will absolutely embrace and welcome you. The sermon messages are dynamic, interesting, relevant to everyday life and powered by the Holy Spirit. You will hear the full gospel, and it will not be watered down to appease man.
HOLY COMMUNION:
We celebrate holy communion, a church ordinance instructed by our Lord Jesus Christ during the Last Supper at the 1st service of each month. It is the sacred sacrament for believers in remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice and victory for us on the cross at Calvary. We partake of the communion elements together during this ceremony. It is our celebration of the New Covenant in Christ Jesus, between the believer and God. We remember and reflect on the love God has expressed to us in the person of Jesus the Christ.
2nd Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
